Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate delivery details, phone number, and order information.
- Confirm order and delivery details before payment or delivery completion.
- Use ratings, support requests, and delivery PINs responsibly.
Vendor Responsibilities
- Provide accurate store, product, price, stock, and pickup address information.
- Prepare accepted orders on time and communicate order issues clearly.
- Follow ZipRider review, safety, and marketplace rules.
Rider Responsibilities
- Provide accurate verification and contact details.
- Handle pickup and delivery assignments professionally.
- Use customer, vendor, and location information only for active delivery work.
Payments and Orders
Payments, refunds, cancellations, and disputes may depend on the order status, payment provider, vendor preparation status, and delivery progress. ZipRider may review suspicious, failed, or disputed activity.
Account and Platform Safety
ZipRider may restrict or review accounts involved in fraud, inaccurate information, abuse, unsafe delivery behavior, or platform misuse.
